Limehouse & Sons can install and maintain what we build and we have in-house detailers to provide the necessary shop drawings for any and all of our projects.

Our shop is fully equipped with A CNC High Def Burn table, a Shear Plat, a Brake, a 20″ automated band saw, overhead cranes and so much more.

With our CNC High Def Plasma Burn Table, we can create simple answers to complex cutting applications. With our CAD integrated system, our complete solution provides extreme accuracy for your project. We provide the precision needed for the most detailed applications and can handle plate thicknesses from 16ga. to 2-1/2” and sizes up to 8’ wide X 20’ long. We employ the latest leading-edge cutting technologies using precise tool positioning that result in higher quality products.
Many people in heavy industrial applications are familiar with the numerous uses of plasma cutting machines. However, we also provide the capability of marking your project by using a lower current arc that results in precise etching. This allows etching to imprint your metal surface with model, serial or part numbers onto machined parts. It also can be used to etch designs to enhance your finished products. We are more than happy to analyze your requirements to provide a fast and cost-effective solution.
