Our History
Limehouse & Sons has been providing the Lowcountry with Steel Fabrication, Crane Rental services and more since they were established in 1954. Lawton I. Limehouse, Sr. founded the business and quickly established his reputation as an expert welder. Within six years he had built his first steel fabrication shop. Then, in 1970, the business expanded to include crane services and today Limehouse & Sons has grown to encompass a full fleet of hydraulic cranes.
Today, the company offers a full complement of industrial contracting services. They specialize in Steel Fabrication and welding by utilizing their 22,000 square foot shop to build everything from conveyors for material handling, hoppers, stairs, platforms, ladders and more.
